    Pick the training

    Enable the driver courses you need from the library: video, SCORM, HTML5 and checkpoint quizzes.

  2. 2

    Assign it or set a rule

    Assign to drivers or groups with a due date. Rules assign training automatically based on events from your systems.

    Track and document

    Drivers complete it in the app; progress, scores and certificates show up in the panel and reports.

    We prepare and maintain the driver training packages; you just pick and assign them.

    Checkpoint quizzes between videos, pass marks and no-skip playback make sure training is actually watched.

  • Automatic assignment rules

    Events such as incidents, violations or onboarding arrive through the API; the right course is assigned with a due date.

  • Groups and bulk assignment

    Group drivers by region, vehicle type or shift and assign a course to the whole group at once.

  • Reports

    Who completed what, when and with which score; overdue assignments and completion rates.

  • Certificates

    A certificate is issued for every completed course; drivers find it in the Completed tab of the app.

  • Notifications and reminders

    Push notifications for new assignments and upcoming due dates, so drivers never have to check.

  • Integrations

    An external API and signed webhooks connect it to your HR, LMS and fleet systems.

  • Single sign-on

    Managers sign in with Entra ID, AD FS or LDAP; no separate passwords to manage.

Security and privacy

Your data stays under your control

You are the data controller, we are your processor. The platform comes with the tools to meet Turkish data protection (KVKK) duties from the panel.

  • Privacy notice

    Publish your notice from the panel; the app shows it and records who read which version and when.

  • Retention periods

    You set how long quiz answers, integration logs and audit records are kept; expired data is deleted nightly.

  • Deletion and export

    Learner deletion requests and personal data export from the panel; training records are kept under a pseudonym.

  • Tenant isolation

    Each customer’s data is separated at the database level (Postgres RLS) and never shared between customers.

  • Signed releases

    Every self-hosted release is signed and ships with a software bill of materials (SBOM).

  • You choose where data lives

    Install it on your own server and learner data never leaves your infrastructure.
